Akon Announces World Tour with two Irish dates

Grooveyard.ie & Konvict Muzik are proud to present multi award winning Hip Hop and R&B, Singer, Songwriter & Producer Akon for two Irish dates. In the RDS Simmonscourt on Tuesday the 27^th January & Belfast’s Odyssey Arena on Wednesday 28^th January 2009 

This multi-platinum selling artist, producer and entrepreneur, Akon, announced today that he will be adding two Irish dates to his forthcoming World Tour to promote his newly released third album – Freedom – which was released on the on Tuesday, December 2^nd

This album has already been credited as his best album to date with such tracks as “Right Now (Na Na Na),” and colaberations with some of the hottest artists in the music industry at present, such as T-Pain, Young Jeezy, Lil Wayne & The legendry Wyclef Jean. This is promising to be the biggest tour of the year with a truly memorable line up.

Tickets for this hugely anticipated event will go on sale with Ticketmaster and all usual outlets nationwide from Monday the 15^th December @ 9am and are sure to sell out quickly.
