Video: Foy Vance “I Got Love” for Bushmills Brothers

Check out this really cool video of local musical stalwarts Foy Vance and Mark "Mash" Ashbridge chilling over a Bushmills, chatting about music, friendship, and growing up... It then switches to the lads' impromptu busk right in the heart of Belfast City centre, with droves of people looking on, tapping their feet while recording on their phone. This was all to celebrate the launch of the Bushmills Brothers campaign, which sets out to recognise timeless friendships and brotherhood, and the creativity that stems from both. Sit back, relax, and enjoy this short video. It's awesome, and it makes me want to do 3 things... ... invite my mates over, grab my guitar, and sip on a Bushmills! I'm a big fan of Foy Vance, and it was a pleasure to interview him and Mark last week for my radio show. Foy performed an live acoustic track for my show also, and it was just breathtaking. I always liked the retro soul/swing vibe to this track from the moment I heard the album, and now that she's released the video, I like it even more. It's another super simplistic video from Beyonce, yet very effective (in my opinion anyway). Again, she's clearly tipping her hat (literally at some points) to MJ, and also throwing back to some of the old soul groups with the choreography. I like. Check out the video below...
